When a person is between 35 to 45 years old problems with the back are not uncommon. Many people will rely on a doctor for adjusting them so they can continue throughout the day. There is now something else that can help with the pain while making the muscles stronger. Yoga exercises will help tremendously.
There are a number of different reasons for a person to have problems with the back. If sitting in front of a computer all day the muscles are not being stretched and used. Most athletes want perfection with the body and their performance so more stress is added to the back which can cause hyper extension.
When issues are put off and not dealt with in a timely manner then something that was a small problem is now a big one. There could be a herniated disc or even a narrowing of the canal around the spine. Worse case would be a tumor located anywhere along the spine.
