Treating ADD and ADHD Without Medication

For the parent of a child suffering with ADD or ADHD, they know how the child struggles with their school performance and as a result develops self esteem issues. Attention deficit disorder (ADD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are conditions that are very closely related. One of the first things to do is adopt a sense of humor about life and death. There is no simple step by step way to do this. If you seek sincerely, you will find. There are plenty of comedians that turn death into a humorous affair, and I encourage you to make comedy a common experience in your life. The following quote always makes me laugh:

“I do not fear death. I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it.” -Mark Twain Read the rest of this entry »
